As a single unit this pump will power a 2 inch dredge and is suited to running as a primary delivery pump delivering up to 24,000 litres of water per hour.

5.5hp - 2 inch in and out will work with any highbanker. I have a reducer 2 flat hose going to 1 flex hose outlet (1.5m to 2m) into HB - first not to get kinks (as you do with flat hose and sharp angles) second creating more pressure for the jet yet still running about 1/3 throttle capacity. So yes the pump works fine.

I had a couple of old PVC planter boxes and square PVC tubing lying around and decided to put them to good use. The highbanker is not yet completed but it's quite close now. The sluice is 6 inches wide, 2.5 inches deep and 4 foot long. Feed section is same width and depth but 21 inches long. The screen is 1/2 inch gal mesh.
